Surf Prep Program

The Surf Prep Program is a fun 3- week program, 3 days a week, 10 minutes long. That will level up your surfing experience.

 Can be done from home, backyard, park, gym, wherever you prefer.

Mobility training, strength building, breath work, and self-empowerment all in one session!

The Program

A 10-minute session including a mobility warm-up, bodyweight strengthening exercises followed by stretch and breath work.

You choose the 3 days a week when you want to do the sessions, over 3 weeks.

This program is absolutely fine to do by itself but if you’re already training just add it. It’s great to do after your walk or run.

These programs are aimed at gaining strength from within and out, so you can get the most out of your surfing in the water but also in your everyday life.

It’s not a weight loss program and I welcome any of you out there in all different body shapes and ages to try out the programs and get started!
